Terms of Service

1. Entertainment only — not real money

Wealthon is a video game for entertainment. Wallet balances, stocks, countries, mines, businesses, taxes, patents, cars, yachts, islands, collectibles, leaderboards, and every other number in the App are fictional. They are not legal tender, securities, commodities, bank deposits, or real-world property.

Nothing in the App is financial, tax, or investment advice. Playing does not create a brokerage, gambling, or payment-services relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App Store under Apple’s rules and at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms. You are responsible for compliance with local law.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-signed devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement to the extent it applies.

You do not own the App, our servers, virtual items, or any content. We may patch, change economies, reset, throttle, or remove features at any time.

4. Account

Progress is tied to Game Center / Firebase authentication and device identifiers. You must keep Game Center available to restore purchases. We may refuse, merge, freeze, or delete accounts that look abusive, duplicated, or abandoned.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you lose access.

5. Virtual currency and items — no cash value

All in-game currency, items, boosts, VIP benefits, ads-removed status, and progress are licensed virtual goods. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the App except as we expressly allow inside the game.

We may change prices, drop rates, maintenance, tax, income formulas, and item values at any time, including in ways that reduce the usefulness of what you already hold.

6. In-game losses are part of the game — not refundable

The economy is designed so you can gain and lose fictional wealth. Maintenance, taxes, market drops, halted mines, failed businesses, collectible crashes, missed offline income, and similar events are intended gameplay.

You will not receive a refund, credit, chargeback, or compensation because you “lost money” in the game, because your net worth fell, because you played for a period of time and disliked the outcome, or because you later decided the session was not worth it. That includes losses that occur one day, one week, one month, or any time after you started playing or after you made a purchase.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Optional In-App Purchases and auto-renewing VIP subscriptions (currently weekly and monthly VIP Access: remove ads and 2× income while active) are billed by Apple, not by us. Apple’s terms, tax, and pricing apply.

Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings. We do not manage your Apple ID. Manage or cancel at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

VIP benefits last only while the entitlement is active. They end when you cancel, when the period expires, when Apple stops billing, or when we discontinue the App or the VIP feature.

8. All sales final except where Apple or law requires otherwise

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for virtual items, unused VIP time, ads watched, or time spent playing.

If a refund is available, it is solely through Apple’s refund process, under Apple’s policies. Requesting a refund from Apple may result in us revoking the associated virtual goods or VIP status. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country. Where such rights exist they apply only as required — they do not convert virtual goods into cash or guarantee the App will keep running.

9. We may shut the App down at any time

We may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the App, Site, servers, leaderboards, and any feature at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Reasons may include, without limitation: commercial underperformance, losses, cost, legal risk, App Store issues, or we simply choose to stop. We may do this a day, a month, a year, or any time after launch.

You have no right to continued access. You play knowing the product can vanish.

If we shut down or wind down: (a) licenses end; (b) accounts, progress, virtual currency, items, rankings, and VIP in-app benefits terminate; (c) we have no duty to migrate, export, or cash-out anything; (d) we have no duty to refund purchases, unused subscriptions, or “lost” in-game wealth, except to the limited extent Apple independently grants a refund under Apple’s rules or a non-waivable law requires it; (e) we are not liable for leftover VIP time, unused items, leaderboard standing, or your time and money spent playing.

If we publish a shutdown notice, continuing to play or purchase after that notice is at your sole risk.

10. Ads and rewarded video

The free App may include ads. Rewarded ads, if offered, grant temporary or limited in-game benefits described in the UI. Failure to receive a reward because of a network error, ad-network decision, or closed video is not a basis for a cash refund.

11. Acceptable use

You will not: cheat, reverse engineer for piracy, attack our systems, use bots or unauthorized automation, impersonate others, exploit bugs for unfair advantage without reporting them, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may wipe progress or ban you without compensation.

12. UGC and names

If you name a business or similar, you grant us a worldwide license to display that name in the App. Do not use illegal, infringing, or abusive names. We may change or remove names without notice.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION, THAT PROGRESS WILL BE PRESERVED, OR THAT THE ECONOMY WILL REMAIN BALANCED OR PROFITABLE IN-GAME.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (EXCLUDING AMOUNTS PAID TO APPLE THAT APPLE RETAINS) FOR THE FEATURE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD $10. APPLE, NOT US, IS THE MERCHANT OF RECORD FOR APP STORE PURCHASES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us and our officers, contractors, and partners harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Apple-specific

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent any warranty is not effectively disclaimed, Apple’s responsibility is limited to refunding the App purchase price (if any) as described in Apple’s Licensed Application EULA. Apple is not responsible for our claims, product-liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual-property claims. You represent you are not in a U.S. embargoed country or on a U.S. denied-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

17. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive (including 5–9 and 13–18) survive termination and shutdown.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site and/or in the App. Continued use after the update is acceptance. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
