1. Who we are

The App is an entertainment idle tycoon game. The Site is our marketing and legal hub. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the game, process purchases, show ads, and support you.

• Account identifiers from Apple Game Center / Firebase Authentication (such as a Firebase UID).
• Device identifiers you or the OS provide (including a device ID used to restore your player).
• Game state: wallet, level, holdings, businesses, assets, patents, taxes, and similar progress stored on our servers.
• Push token (FCM) if you allow notifications.
• Purchase and entitlement status via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat (we do not receive your full payment card number).
• Approximate diagnostics: app version, OS, crash/performance events via Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data via Google AdMob, subject to your tracking choice on iOS (ATT).
• Support emails you send us, including any details you choose to include.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create and restore your player, sync progress, and run game economy features.
• Authenticate you and prevent fraud, abuse, and cheating.
• Deliver, restore, and validate VIP subscriptions and other in-app purchases.
• Send optional push notifications you allow.
• Measure stability and improve the App.
• Serve ads (personalized only if you grant tracking permission; otherwise non-personalized ads may still appear).
• Respond to support and legal requests.
• Comply with law and App Store rules.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where a privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing the contract to provide the game; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service; consent (for ATT tracking and optional notifications); and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors who help us run the product, strictly as needed:

• Apple (Game Center, App Store, In-App Purchase, ATT).
• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) and Google AdMob (ads).
• RevenueCat (subscription status and receipt validation).
• Our hosting/API providers that store player documents.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the service.

6. Ads and tracking

The App may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. On iOS we may request App Tracking Transparency permission. If you deny tracking, ads can still appear in a non-personalized form. VIP Access can remove ads while the subscription is active; it does not erase historical ad or analytics data already processed by third parties.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will delete the account and related data we control.

8. Retention

We keep player data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after last use so you can return. We may delete inactive accounts. If we shut the App down, we may delete remaining game data. We may retain limited records as required for tax, fraud, dispute, or legal reasons.

9. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, or to object / withdraw consent. To delete your account and game data we control, follow the instructions at https://wealthonapp.online/account-deletion or email [email protected] from a reachable address with subject "Delete account". We may need to verify it is you. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat hold some records under their own policies; we cannot erase copies we do not control.

10. International transfer

We and our processors may store and process data in the United States and other countries. By using the App you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including authenticated API access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

12. The Site

wealthonapp.online is a static marketing and legal site. It does not require an account. See our Cookie Policy. Do not submit sensitive data except through the published support email.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. If we shut down, this policy survives to the extent needed to wind down data handling.
